Dried lime peel is a natural aromatic ingredient with a pronounced, fresh, and slightly tangy character. It adds notes of green lime, citrus peel, and subtle bitterness, perfectly enhancing the freshness and fruity profile of beverages.
Popular in witbiers, IPAs, saisons, sours, and non-alcoholic beers, it is also excellent in meads, kombucha, liqueurs, and spirits – especially gins and summer drinks.
Usage in beer:
