Yes, we provide both retail and wholesale sales. If you are interested in placing a larger order, please contact us and we will prepare an individual offer. -
How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website – simply add products to your cart and complete your purchase with an online payment. -

We accept bank transfer, BLIK, credit/debit card, and cash on delivery. -
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. If a product needs to be ordered from a supplier, processing may take 2–3 weeks. -

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, under consumer law you have 14 days to return a product without giving a reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. For complaints, please contact us directly. -

Yes, personal pickup is available at our office: ul. Wapowskiego 8, 30-399 Kraków. Please contact us in advance to arrange a pickup time. -
How should I store yeast?
Yeast should be stored in a cool place, preferably in the refrigerator, to maintain its properties and effectiveness. -
