Terms and Conditions of the Online Store surowcepiwowarskie.pl

General Provisions The online store available at https://surowcepiwowarskie.pl is operated by Winnica & Wino Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Kraków, ul. Wapowskiego 8, KRS 0000743071, NIP 6793172494 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

These terms and conditions define the rules for using the online store, particularly the terms of placing orders, sales execution, delivery of goods, returns, and complaints.

The online store's customer can be an adult natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

Before placing an order, the Customer is required to read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Offer and Orders The store offers raw materials for beer and distillate production, as well as accessories for their production.

The prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN). Prices may change; however, the applicable price is the one provided at the time of placing the order.

Orders can be placed 24/7 via the store's website.

A sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives order confirmation from the Seller.

Order fulfillment begins after payment is credited or, in the case of cash on delivery, after the Seller accepts the order.

Payments The Customer can make a payment for the order using one of the following methods:

• Traditional bank transfer to the Seller's account.

• Online fast payments handled by tPay.

• Cash on delivery (if available for the given location).

Delivery Goods are shipped via courier companies to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer is obligated to accept the shipment.

Delivery costs are specified during the order placement process.

The estimated order fulfillment time provided on the website depends on product availability and the chosen delivery method.

In case of shipment damage, the Customer should prepare a damage report in the courier’s presence.

Complaints and Returns The Customer has the right to file a complaint if they receive defective goods.

Complaints can be submitted via email at sklep@surowcepiwowarskie.pl or by mail to the Seller’s address.

If the complaint is approved, the product will be replaced with a defect-free item, or the Customer will receive a refund.

According to applicable regulations, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days without providing a reason, provided the product is not made to a special order.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The Consumer bears the cost of returning the product unless the Seller agrees to cover it.

Personal Data Protection The administrator of the Customers' personal data is the Seller.

Customers' personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment and stored for the necessary period in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

The Customer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data.

Final Provisions For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions. Any changes take effect on the date specified on the store’s website.

Any disputes arising from the sales contract shall be settled by competent common courts, and the Customer has the option to use alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
