Pinnacle Crisp Sour Yeast

Pinnacle Crisp Sour is a unique strain of Lachancea thermotolerans, naturally isolated and selected for its ability to produce lactic acid. The result is a smooth and refreshing tartness, ranging from subtle to moderate intensity depending on the brewing conditions.

This strain also contributes pleasant tropical fruit and citrus aromas. In recipes with lower flavor complexity, it may impart a subtle note reminiscent of traditional Belgian sour beers.

Pinnacle Crisp Sour is an excellent choice for brewing both traditional and modern sour beer styles, such as Sour IPA, Berliner Weisse, Gose, Lambic/Geuze-style beers, and Fruit Sours.
