Pinnacle Heritage Pilsner yeast produces dry, clean, and refreshingly crisp lagers and pilsners. Beers brewed with this strain have a clean flavor profile, subtle fruity aroma, and gentle taste, resulting in an exceptionally clean and crisp beer true to the lager/pilsner style.

This versatile bottom-fermenting strain is suitable for all types of European lagers and is particularly recommended for German and Bohemian Pilsners, American Pilsners, Märzen, Maibock, and Doppelbock.
