Spectrum – 100% Natural and Hop-Derived – Dry Hopping

Spectrum is a completely natural product made exclusively from hops. Produced from hop pellets using specialized extraction processes, it contains no additives, solvents, or carriers. It is an excellent alternative to standard dry hopping methods.

Australian Hops
This Australian hop offers delicate notes of sweet mandarin, lively citrus peel, and fresh pine needles. Spectrum is ideal for beers with a fruity character, such as IPAs, as well as lighter beer styles.

Usage and Effects:
Spectrum does not contain iso-alpha acids, but like hop pellets, it contains non-isomerized alpha acids. In high doses or with late addition, it can increase bitterness, especially in hazy beers.

Flavor Profile:
Spectrum offers subtle notes of sweet mandarin, citrus peel, and fresh pine needles, perfectly complementing beers with a fruity character such as IPAs, as well as lighter beer styles.

Dosage:
Spectrum is best used for dry hopping, ideally during (secondary) fermentation.

  • Replacement ratio: 20 g of Spectrum can replace up to 160 g of T90 hop pellets.

  • Recommended dose: Do not exceed 1 g/L of Spectrum.

Preparation:
Before use, warm Spectrum to room temperature and mix thoroughly. Dissolve in a small amount of water or wort before adding to beer.

Storage:

  • Temperature: Store between 2–15°C.

  • Shelf life: Best used within 12 months. Avoid lower temperatures to prevent crystallization.

  • After opening: Keep sealed to prevent air exposure and use within 1 month.
