Usage and Effects:

• Spectrum does not contain iso-alpha acids but, like classic hop pellets, contains non-isomerized alpha acids that can increase bitterness in higher doses or with late additions, especially in hazy beers.

Dosage:

• Best used during dry hopping, ideally in secondary fermentation.

• Replacement ratio: 20 g of Spectrum can replace up to 160 g of T90 hop pellets.

• Recommended dose: Do not exceed 1 g/L of Spectrum.

• Preparation: Bring Spectrum to room temperature and mix thoroughly. Dissolve in a small amount of water or wort before adding to beer.

Storage:

• Temperature: Store at 2–15 °C.

• Shelf life: Best used within 12 months. Avoid storage at lower temperatures to prevent crystallization.
